StokerCon™ 2021 Special Announcement Refund Requests & Future Registrations

With StokerCon™ moving to a virtual event, and our Denver event at The Curtis moving to 2022, we are offering the below options in regards to your registration. Please follow the procedures below to ensure any refunds or registration rollovers are properly handled.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for all requests to be processed. If you have any questions not answered in this or the previous email, please contact [email protected]. Please do NOT request a refund or rollover via email, however, as there’s no guarantee requests made outside of the below methods will be acted on in a timely manner.

If you have already emailed about a refund, you will still need to follow the steps below so we can guarantee your requests are handled properly.

Option 1

Full Refund

If you would like a full refund of your StokerCon™ 2021 registration, please do so via Eventbrite by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Eventbrite.com.
  2. Go to “Tickets” in your account. Select the ticket you want a refund for.
  3. Click “Request a refund”.
  4. Review your details and select a refund reason.
  5. Select a refund method ($USD only).
  6. Click “Continue”.
  7. Review your details and click “Submit request.”
  8. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund request to be processed.

For those who made reservations at The Curtis Hotel, all StokerCon™ reservations will be canceled by the hotel. You don’t need to contact them to cancel, though you may do so if you wish to make changes other than cancellation or to obtain confirmation.

Please note that, if you request a full refund and still wish to attend StokerCon™ 2022, you will need to register for that event again when registration opens. All refunded registrations will be canceled.

Option 2

Rollover your registration to StokerCon™ Denver 2022

If you wish to rollover your StokerCon™ 2021 registration to the 2022 event scheduled at The Curtis in Denver, you don’t need to do anything. All active registrations will automatically be transferred to the 2022 event when the registration for that event opens this summer.

If you paid a rate higher than the Early Bird Registration rate, the difference will be refunded to you. This will occur for all active registrations and you do not need to file a request.

For those who made reservations at The Curtis Hotel, all StokerCon™ reservations will be canceled by the hotel. You don’t need to contact them to cancel, though you may do so if you wish to make changes other than cancellation or to obtain confirmation. You will need to make a new reservation at The Curtis for StokerCon™ 2022 unless you contact the hotel and have your reservation date changed.

Option 3

StokerCon™ 2021 Virtual Convention Registration

Our registration portal for the virtual event is not yet active. To keep the confusion at a minimum, registration for the virtual event will be handled completely separately from all current StokerCon™ registrations. If you wish to attend the virtual event, you will need to register for that and pay any fees separately, even if you plan to rollover your StokerCon 2021 registration to the 2022 event.
